      This company has allot of opportunities for advancement and the pay is good I have enjoyed the 2 months that I have been there I'm thankful that the have me an opportunity to work for them and will continue to show them that I'm ecstatic to work for such a great company!!!!

      Pros

      The leadership team I work with, teaches by example. They're compassionate, caring, and understanding. They embody the term 'Leader', not 'Manager'. A leader guides, teaches, and inspires growth. Where a manager dictates, controls, and hinders personal progression.

      Cons

      Over the years, communication has been difficult at times. The biggest reason is because of the difference in working hours. Major changes have been implemented to improve all lines of communication.
