Pros

Management in ADAS is really exceptional. Praveen Kumar the ADAS Engineering Head keeps all the employees like his family and behaves in a very comforting manner. Learning and innovation has always been a primary pillar for all the employees here and everyone likes to contribute in some way or other to helping others improve. Implementing latest technologies for ADAS and Automated Driving is a really interesting job to have. Machine learning, Signal Processing and Computer Vision are major expertise here with ample connect with universities like IIT Delhi and IIIT Bangalore 's professors. Global connect with teams over seas too is great.

Cons

Although HR Manager and partners are always connected and helpful but HR Head still enforces Manufacturing plant policies on employees who are in a R&D job.

Cons

Management is far from engineers (don't listen) Most R&D is done in Germany only. Career discrimination: Close to no chance to get to high position without being German...
