Cons

Managers doesn't care so much about people, they treat them like everyone is replaceable, which is true until some point. Small wages, small increases independently on how well you perform

Cons

Sometimes the work overload is too high and generates extra pressure. Beside that, from a specific point you are able to do as much software implementation as you wish. The payment is also low.
