Toxic!

Pros

Mostly young workforce Heart of London city Gives you the feeling you are doing something very important

Cons

Extremely toxic culture, backstabbing, very high turnover as a result especially in the IT. Incapable, uneducated senior management with an attitude of know it all. Unstable, you can get fired in one day because your manager had a fight with you. Sheep culture. Promotion based on gender, extreme feminists at top levels.

Pros

Reasonable flexible working. Relaxed atmosphere some of the time. Great work colleagues, but nothing to do with the company as a whole

Cons

The company have no budget for even the most basic and fundamental things. Having worked in IT, it was shocking how little investment there was. Old clunky systems literally falling to pieces. Of course, when things dies a death it was ITs fault. Depressing for anyone who cares about giving a good service.
