Excellent work environment. Nice office. Interesting and intelligent co-workers. Well paid. Excellent work - life balance. 20 vacations days.
Cons
It is very difficult to be promoted. Poor management. Poor communication among co-workers in other offices. There are not carrier opportunities or salary increments. Poor incentives if you work in operations positions. Don´t work for Control Risks if you are young and you want to grow professionally, there are not opportunities there. Too much bureaucracy, low budgets for departments...
