Pros

Good location to travel to for work with lots of choices to have lunch. Impressive views of London river views The main building staff are welcoming and friendly Free teas & fruit daily in the office Bar area drinks on Thursday Lots of meeting rooms Standard Benefits (no travel allowance)

Cons

The office environment is old fashioned and needs a full refurb. Team members seem afraid to speak up on issues in meetings. Managers have old fashion 'micro-managing' attitudes toward project coordinators - Dictating where they sit and constantly checking up on what they are working on. 'Dignity at Work' is not practiced by management and is a great concern. Company inductions took a back seat and forced to focus on job roles, rather than learning more about the company. The role was advertised as project management coordinator, when in fact it's rather an admin role. (setting up projects on the system and invoicing only). High staff turnover. There are some project coordinators who sneak report back to management if you made an error or simply need help (be careful) HR doesn't practice 'GDPR', especially when sending emails containing personal information. WFH has monitored conditions, so not flexible as portrayed. Consultants make a lot of repetitive errors, but you are expected not to make any mistakes when you are new. Poor desk set-up, old pc monitors, and bad seating Training is bad and not consistent among coordinators and no training material to refer back to. Lack of diversity from senior levels upwards, and hard in career progression Limited Company Benefits compared to others.
