Chill job but abysmal pay

Great colleagues and laid back culture. Room to grow if you have the motivation to do it.

Cons

Abysmal pay. While there is plenty of room to do interesting work I found that a lot of people just aren't willing to do it because there is no point, it's not rewarded with anything besides a pat on the back and a "good job!".
