Pros

Coolblue is a modern company with a lot of young people and knowledgeable specialists. It's a great place where you can learn a lot and grow in your career.

Cons

Some processes in the company which involve multiple departments can take a lot of time and despite that there are a lot of international people working there, it's preferable to learn Dutch for better integration.
