Pros

Some colleagues are really fun to work with. There are complex challenges. There are a lot of people you can learn from.

Cons

The business is looking too much for the low hanging fruits, rather than setting a vision. Salary evaluations are literally nothing after tax. If you are looking for a long career definitely not the place for it.
