Pros
You have a stable job, it's a big company. Work life balance if you are a normal employee, it gets ugly when you are a manager and upwards.
Cons
Salary increases other than the annual increase that is by law required are almost impossible, and they take 1 year at least when it happens. Doesn't matter if you contribute a lot or not at all. A lot of micro management and bureaucracy for many things, when the company processes pride themselves of being 'agile'. More often than not, you'll find some business processes that nobody is owner of. Communication with some external areas of the company is really difficult, They have nice company events, but only for managers and up.
