Sr. management has lost its way. Crocs is currently in a panic state of trying to correct for the losses incured by the purchase of Heydude. Lots of people being laid off or just leaving and Crocs continues to hire more VPs and above.

Team environment within employees is great. Lots of perks like free lunch and swag.

Cons

Not able to hold your team accountable as a Lead. Had to tell Supervisor and then you would have it worse as a Lead for saying something. LOTS of favoritism, good hard working people work more while the lazy ones get promoted. Promise to help get you to the next level, and leave you doubting yourself.
