      Pros

      I liked a lot working at Crocs because the IT team made me feel like a member of the team. In comparison to other places (and even in other areas of this company) I had some privileges as an intern.

      Cons

      If you have the opportunity to work as a full time job in IT it takes a lot of compromise, because you have to be available 24/7 in case of any problem or need in the area.
