Pros

> Pay can be half decent. > Benefits are not bad, but I have seen better.

Cons

> Use every vacation time you earn; they will happily take it from you if not used by the end of the calendar year. > Upper management seems blind to things that can affect its bottom line when it comes to overpayments for the retailers. > Management expect everyone to continuously move onto different things, constantly having to keep up with rising levels of expectations while keeping unrealistic low error levels at the same time. > Don't get comfy with your small desk or cube. Dish keeps adding more new employees onto the same building, resulting in your desk getting smaller and smaller.

Pros

Great opportunity to learn the field and the technologies involved.

Cons

Horrible culture and micromanagement. Way too much red tape to get anything done - have to get approvals from everyone and their mother to get access to software. IT is horrible in fixing any issues that may happen.
