      Colleagues are the best part of working here

      It’s like a school. Nobody cares about your health or how your work life balance is. They live in 90’s . Both the buildings in englewood have different culture. If you are on IT side things might be more flexible for you but if you are in different department, there is no flexibility. They say it’s on manager’s discretion but that means there is no flexibility. If you are even one minute late, you are called into office saying why are you late.

      If you can bear to stick around you’ll have opportunity to move up quickly.

      Cons

      Horrendous. Terrible culture, lack of empathy, no flexibility and toxic upper management. Maternity leave isn’t a thing - you have to take short term disability. Upper management leads with fear and will berate any and everyone in meetings. The “dish way” really just means in office for “core hours” which is the times you have to be badged in the office. I’ve never worked for such a terrifying, suffocating company that cared so little about its employees. Please don’t accept a job offer from them…..
