Events with free food and drinks.
Cons
No flexibility with work hours. You have to work from the office, no exceptions even during covid. Culture assumes remote workers are bad and inefficient employees. They have badge reports that get flagged if you get in after 9am or leave before 5pm. It feels like a high school and the management are the teachers and principal. Would not recommend to work here.
