      Pros

      You get 80 paid hours off a yr plus unpaid days as well as 40 hrs of sick days after 2 yrs Lot's of overtime Advancement can be easy for the right people Certain members of management are amazing and know ways to help you if you need help

      Cons

      days off have to be scheduled and at certain times are blocked off. Some members of management are completely not helpful. pay is not comparable to other companies
