The only pros I can think of is you get to be friends with your co-workers.
Cons
All the company cares about is if you meet performance metrics of 100 percent. They don't ever tell you that you do anything good, you are always doing something wrong.

Micromanage every single moment. Non-stop, back-to-back calls, unobtainable metrics to reach. Especially with their systems that are constantly not working so you are unable to help the callers.
Training is very thorough and they provide a lot of support. Working from home was very nice.
Cons
Once you exit training, the team management is hardly supportive. Very hard to transition from training mode to team mode without support from your new manager.
