Predictable Corporate Environment

Pros

Lateral movement is pretty easy. You can always take more on, but can’t offload once you own it.

Cons

Stress and toxicity tend to peak through during annual review season. Moving up seems to be kept to the favorites.

Pros

Uncapped commission, management, training, teammates

Cons

flawed metrics that seem to reward people who take shortcuts. constant changing of what's being prioritized. PA status that penalizes people for having a bad stretch. some reps will get 20-25 calls each day while others get 2-3 and are still expected to hit certain metrics. time off is too difficult and being a minute late is punished even if you've never been late.

I met some great people I’m still friends with today.

Cons

Constantly monitor your every move. If you don’t mind being micromanaged like you’re a 6th grader then this company would work for you. No real productive work, just busy work.
