      Coworkers Cosurvivors Cobelievers that it has to get better

      No way to trust your leaders and as a people manager it gave me ulcers knowing what we were asking of the team while planning to lay them off, fire, change their goals and on and on. Tried my best to build my team but had to leave carrying a heavy load of survivors guilt

      Pros

      This company compared to others that I've worked for provide pretty solid training and self development. There's a lot of task work and that's ok, but can be pretty limiting for some.

      Cons

      -Only task work. No project work. -When you discuss your career aspirations, management will disagree with you and will try to steer you into a career that they think you'll do well in. -The culture was pretty good at the beginning, but I started to notice that office politics plays a huge role in this company on every team. -I deal with retailers on an ongoing basis and they are terribly rude and unprofessional. Most retailers are incredibly unorganized and will yell at you when there are system errors.

      Good people; free TV; lots of good training and learning opportunities that people take advantage of to either jump to a new role in the company (easiest way to get a raise) or leave

      Cons

      Executives only listen to Data that supports their own opinions; it’s owned by a single individual so his decision trumps everyone and leadership believes in top down decision making; benefits are terrible - they pride themselves for not having raised healthcare premiums in years which only means they’ve cut benefits and pushed more onto you as an employee; and your pay is below market to begin with.
