      Pros

      If you enjoy being mediocre and open to not learning- this is a place for you. Though I came across a few fantastic leaders but they makes sure that they do not have empowerment to bring the needed changes

      Cons

      HR leadership team has no connection with the business team, has zero influence over them. They work on theoretical concepts to bring the policies and processes that has minimum relevancy to the team. They are completely rigid in their thought process and ironically will call team members as having "fixed mindset". No acceptance of new way of HR
