      - advancement and the potential for diverse opportunities - ability to travel to unique locations - strong senior management team willing to invest if you show potential - very exciting and fast past sector. the competition will ensure you show up to work ready to go !

      Cons

      - low pay / poor benefits / low employee morale / - senior management is not terribly in touch with the 'real world' and as a result frequently makes decisions in a bubble w.o. market research to back up their decisions. - recent poor financial performance of the organization

      Great experience and opportunity. Chance to build up resume.

      Cons

      No trust in employees, not valued and the company does not care about you. Always spinning our wheels on useless/ irrelevant work. Only place i have seen that you have to fight tooth and nail to get your responsibilities done.

      Company is very disorganized and doesn't care about it's employees at all. Several reorganizations in terms of company structure as well as products and services offered in a short amount of time. I worked there for just over 5 yrs in the same position and had 7 different managers. At one point our manager was fired and we had no manager at all for 3 months, but there was also no adjustment to processes that required managerial approval. Little room for promotion if you're remote. Little incentive for employees -- no healthy living programs, no gym access or fitness center at the HQ, badge swipes are heavily scrutinized, Benefits are mediocre at best.
