Good pay, Be your own boss, Under the Dish Network Umbrella. Yearly incentive trips

Cons

If customers do not stay active for one year you are charged back all incentives. No feedback from Corporate when employees are dishonest so you can terminate those employes. hard to compete with Fiber and streaming services.

Pretty good pay and decent benefits.

Cons

Management changes minds quickly, all employees forced to get/switch to boost mobile, significant amount of layoffs if you are in a department that the company is no longer focused on.
