Leadership continues to show they do not care about employees

Cons
With the increase in covid cases, Dish blatantly announced that because we are essential workers, we will continue to come into the office. Dish is notorious for under paying employees but expect employees to go above and beyond. Management makes you do way more that what your title is with the argument that they want to see if you can handle it before you get promoted. Well, years pass and you continue to do more work and the promotion is “just around the corner”. Benefits is below average. The toxic environment encouraged by leadership is truly disappointing.
