      Pros

      There is money to be made if you work hard and can handle no recognition and constant stress. The company is willing to take a chance and promote people who have no experience.

      Cons

      You will be written up for things in which you have no control. Even when it is company policy and you follow that policy, you're still wrong and are held accountable for it. The company has lost focus on resolving the customers problem and only cares about the numbers. It is unnerving to come to work everyday and not know if your being set up to be fired. There is no loyalty to their employees. It is very much about what they can get from you today.

      If you are good at sales then you can possibly make good commission

      Cons

      You get a lot of bad calls so when you get good calls you have to really go in for the kill to close the deal, so it's very stressfull

      Install Technician Level 2 but never promoted due to never being able to meet 1 of 50 requirements in any given month.

      Pros

      Training. work wear, fellow technicians are the most nicest people you'll ever work with. Field service managers are very understanding of the dire situations the techs are in. But they report to upper management who have a no excuse no matter what mind set.

      Cons

      Management have their heads jammed up their you know whats... Health insurance, dangerous, long hours, carrot on a stick promotional incentives. Employee turnover, People filthy homes, hazardous, Safety is number one priority, (in office training) but the reality demand from management that you complete each job supersedes safety. Management know this. They just dont want to be caught and
