      ok health insurance and benefits. good schedule and hours

      Cons

      horrible training that doesn't prepare you for the job. the atmosphere in the company is bad-you need to be a brown nose, otherwise managers will be nasty to you!

      I liked the people I worked with.... that's all.

      Cons

      No life/work balance, they create more and more expectations and goals without providing increased compensation. If they need you in a different department, you're going whether you like it or not and there is NO way you can go back to the position you were previously it. You've got 5 different managers all telling you 5 different things at all times. You are just a number to the company, most of higher management won't even know you name. DO NOT step foot in this hell hole, avoid at all costs!

      The work is not hard. It is fun work that is easy to learn and easy to do.That's the okay part.

      Cons

      You have to stand for 10 hours a day, at least 4 days a week (5 & 6 since we're working overtime) and you have to work FAST. Supervisors and leads are always screaming for you to hurry up and threatening that you'll have to work Sundays, too, if you don't make your numbers! No driinks allowed on your bench and you get VERY thirsty. It's hot on the production floor. Management sits at desks on the production floor with their food and drinks. One of them yells for you to hurry and when you do make your numbers he wants to know how you cheated to get them! Several good people have been fired just because they weren't fast enough. Now they have a siren they blow when there is a defect. It's very loud, as all sirens are.
