      Ok pay, high stress, bad morale.

      Ok pay and paid holidays.

      Cons

      Upset customers, back to back to back calls all day every day, conflicting metrics that must be met, management who are out of touch with what actually happens when dealing with customers, promotions based on "who you know" as opposed to merit, last minute mandatory overtime, working every holiday, huge obsession with sales...I could go on.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most places around here. Get the opportunity to work with an awesome supervisor. Paid time off during the year. Fun co workers who make coming somewhat tolerable.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime whenever they feel the need to have it but noone calls in you still have to stay the entire time. The bathrooms are filthy and there are outbreaks of bugs that bite everyone. Sales are the main focus of the company and there are some unethical measures that are encouraged in order to get them. Customer satisfaction surveys are held against you no matter if the customer is upset with you or the company. The only way you can advance is if you kiss butt or go out to bars regularly with ppl. The pay for performance is designed to make you fail at some point during the four week period.

      It's a Job, nothing else!

      Cons

      If you have a family, like to go to church, believe in having holidays, forget having this job! Not to mention 'rules' changing day to day with no back-up answer. One of the worst jobs ever. They believe you are expendiable. They do not care about you. You might as well forget having a life on the job and off the job. It's a broiler room, nothing else!
