Pros
Great pay and incentives I.e. prizes, cash bonuses and trips.
Cons
There is a total lack of concern for their employees and it atarts at the topwith the owner. The benefits are lacking, I personally wish they would cut out some of the incentives and give us better medical. I th8nk that if you are going to ask your people to work a minimum of 50 hours a week and most of the time more than that you should make it a comfortable place to work. There are so many people that are on drugs to be able to deal with it and management knows about it and looks the other way cause they are getting what they need out of us......its sad really.
