Pros

Opportunity to work with some of the most talented, passionate people I've ever met, and the chance to have a level of responsibility and influence that I couldn't imagine elsewhere. We are working on transforming this company, and I am seeing impacts and effects every day across the company. It's incredibly encouraging and I know the changes will stick; the CEO is dedicated to the changes.

Cons

Old culture is tough to dislodge, but we're working on it. Soon, the 'old guard' people who are not willing to evolve will find this a very uncomfortable place to work.

Pros

I have been exposed to new and challenging work; I work on a great team where we are all treated with respect and are encouraged to think creatively. We all work to our strenghs and provide developmental feedback to one another. DISH provides the best product in the business and all employees get a complete programming package. If you work 'all out' and learn from your feedback, opportunity and salary are comparable.

Cons

The path of least resistance isn't going to always get you through. The path through consists of building relationships, being honest and working hard. I think sometimes we get in our own way - it's not always going to be easy but it'll be worthwhile and we'll learn a lot.

Pros

Career Growth (started on the phones and worked my way up) Great people Adequate pay Profit sharing Paid time off (3 plus years=15 paid vacation days and 5 paid sick days) 401K match ($1,500 a year) Company has many partnerships for employee discounts (T-mobile, hotels, car rentals, baseball games, gyms, etc)

Cons

May have to start on the phones (pending where you are hired) and it can be tough. Talking to customers is not for everyone but if you stick with it you can move up the ranks
