Great people. Lots of opportunity to grow your career and take on high-level and high-visibility projects for those who are willing to put in the effort. Sets high expectations for employees. Company has made numerous positive changes over the past 2 years. New management training program focuses on developing managers who are good at both managing & leading. The annual summer concert at HQ was fantastic. Great benefits for programming for all employees.
Cons
The pace of work is incredibly fast and if you do not pace yourself it could be easy to burn out. High-level escalated customer issues can send people scurrying for the better part of a day with little to no direction. Chairs at corporate HQ are awful and need to be replaced across the board.
