Bad behavior is promoted at all levels Absolutely no respect for you as a human being Senior Management and Leadership were just awful Vice Presidents will scream at you in public The benefits are non existent You are expected to "clock in and out" (fingerprint!) and if you don't make it by 0830 you can be fired - did not matter how good you were at your job They have this so called "talent planning" yet really don't give a hoot about you as an individual Their HR organization was the single worst HR dept I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with - do not trust them! It's a fear based environment ....but it's really nice here on the outside!
