If you work here don't come late and don't take more than 30 minutes for lunch. Other items to know: You will be required to work long hours due to poor planning and not on anything truly productive You will be required to give up your personal life You will get paid below market- in many cases far below It will take months to get through the interview process and that is fast You will take tests to get hired and none will predict your ability to perform You will spend a great deal of time working hard on projects that go no place and with no purpose or application to current needs Your review will be based more on a bell curve distribution than performance. Even if you are a top performer you will get a lower rating if management feels there are three performers but your team is assigned to give out only two A + ratings. Rest assured their friends will get the top rankings. You could also get an F because every team has to give a few of those out too. Someone must not be performing is the senior management’s thinking.

If you didn't get yelled that means you did great... (doing work good or satisfactory is not even considered completing your work). Either you have to do a fantastic job (that you won't even get a thank you but won't get yelled) or you failed it. Management is not consistent with their goals and guidelines. Attrition level is over 130%. Overall moral is close to 0. People dream of being laid off.
