Pros

Company had cutting edge equipment. Very customer oriented and always offering promotions. Do an excellent job training associated to effectively assist customers.

Cons

Not many opportunities to grow within the company. Call centers overseas caused many customer to cancel services. Many times made to read a script to customers and were not allowed to vary from it. Causing customer complaints and employees were robots

Pros

Due to the turnover you will get the chance to work on projects that exceed your current title. You will get experience you would no place else. You will also learn a great deal of what not to do to. Many of your peers will be great people, but you will come to question their and your sanity for working there.

Cons

You will not be trusted as an employee. They worry more about how many hours you are there, what time you showed up and how long you took for lunch than what your work product is. If you work here don't come late and don't take more than 30 minutes for lunch. Other items to know: You will be required to work long hours due to poor planning and not on anything truly productive You will be required to give up your personal life You will get paid below market- in many cases far below It will take months to get through the interview process and that is fast You will take tests to get hired and none will predict your ability to perform You will spend a great deal of time working hard on projects that go no place and with no purpose or application to current needs Your review will be based more on a bell curve distribution than performance. Even if you are a top performer you will get a lower rating if management feels there are three performers but your team is assigned to give out only two A + ratings. Rest assured their friends will get the top rankings. You could also get an F because every team has to give a few of those out too. Someone must not be performing is the senior management’s thinking.

Going down the hill... Non stop...

Pros

You can easily get promoted if you want and show your dedication for a long time (unfortunately your knowledge and skills often don't matter).

Cons

lack of feedback, support, you are simply a tool (easily replaceable). Comparably Salary is extremely low. Every year it becomes only worse. HR doesn't even try to show that they are here to protect and help employees, only the company (Charlie himself). Most of the management lacks ANY education (have you ever seen director with HS diploma). No Personal skills what so ever. If you are greeted in the morning, you should consider yourself lucky. If you didn't get yelled that means you did great... (doing work good or satisfactory is not even considered completing your work). Either you have to do a fantastic job (that you won't even get a thank you but won't get yelled) or you failed it. Management is not consistent with their goals and guidelines. Attrition level is over 130%. Overall moral is close to 0. People dream of being laid off.
