      Pros

      Upbeat and always changing environment to work in. Growth opportunities if you are willing to put forth the effort.

      Cons

      Compensation. Aside from that I will not comment on anything negative until I have seen all operations of the company. It is easy to talk bad about a company. All company's have a downside and that is the negativity of employees. If you can run a company to the degree of perfection than maybe you should not be working for someone else. Do yourself a favor, If you do not like this company than you should leave.

      Pros

      Friendly people, and sometimes a fun environment.

      Cons

      There is not much chance for growth. The pay. Management has a tough time helping employees with a clear career path. When current employees want to transfer within the company they typically make much less than a candidate from the outside.

      Pros

      Opportunity to learn disciplined business principles. The basis of this company is to run a fiscally responsible enterprise first and foremost. Many decisions here are made based on impact to the bottom line. Much of it seems to be questionable at the time but ultimately they are a profitable company despite the state of the industry or the economy. The executive team and ownership is very smart and intelligent. They understand the industry and are forward thinkers while keeping remaining budget conscience. You can learn a great deal and there is a great deal of opportunity to grow within the ranks if you can handle yourself and the tough working environment.

      Lack of respect for employees at all levels.
