Pros

The first two months of pay

Cons

When hired they don't tell you everything about how you get paid or what effect your pay. They have a PA system that ranks you, however you are so called protected from the PA system for 90 days that why the pay is good. After protection is over you can go from taking 30 to 40 calls to 6 to 10 call a 10 hour shift. That means you get paid the minimum. Get the JOB they have a high turnover when you have it look for a career not a job. Horrible benefit!!!

Pros

The first 2 months good pay, milk them as you look for a career not a job.

Cons

The con is working for a company that is no longer relevant to the world. You can literally get all the streaming app for less there there lowest plan. Not a company for growth. Don't take my word for it type in dish on any search engine.

Pros

Nice co-workers suffering beside you

Cons

This is the company where great salespeople go to die. The pressure is unbelievable, and the atmosphere is tension-filled. Metrics change constantly and keep you as a puppet on a string, trying to steer customers into the maze of entrapment in a dying industry. Leads are taking care of their paychecks, and agents are undervalued and super stressed. Little trite phrases are used to cover for the "DISH Way," which translates to the garbage-dump mentality of management toward agents. The turnover is so high, that one might think DISH would want to invest the money in actually listening to their agents and perhaps even knowing why so many customers are leaving, but apparently the money is better spent in some other way. There is no place to go, and any stories you hear to the contrary will be lies.
