Horrible pay compared to same roles at other companies, no raises last year, mediocre benefits, profit sharing is gone, strictly anti WFH, you have to clock in and out and arrive by 9 AM (they treat you like children and care more about keeping you in the building for 40+ hours than getting results), incompetent senior leadership, lack of job security / layoffs aren't uncommon / bankruptcy danger in 2026, lack of consistent vision and morale due to high turnover, disorganized and menial ad-hoc work.

Hostile Management who liked to yell to get their point across, dying industry, no flexibility (if you badge in 3x after 9:01 terminated), lots of meetings about how we need to push harder yet every time we were under budget on everything.
