Pros

I worked with a good team of software engineers. Middle management cares for their employees. Some flex time. Challenging work. Full stack development from requirement gathering to system deployment and maintenance. Constantly learning new technologies. Opportunity to climb the ranks.

Cons

Upper management has been, over the course of ten years, cutting benefits. Feels like they're pushing out talent. No work from home policy, even in poor weather. Upper management hears their employees but rarely acts.

Pros

- Best team I have ever worked with - My direct management were intelligent and helpful - My department wanted to update and improve software quality - They pay for relocation, generally

Cons

- Health insurance is pitiful. You might as well not even have any coverage whatsoever - PTO isn’t great - No WFH - Strict clock in time - Dated, crowded office building - Working with really old technology. Really, really old technology.
