Generally upbeat environment, okay pay.

Cons

Horrible medical benefits that lack mental health coverage, job itself was horrible, no PTO until several months after you start, no sick time, and very little in actual reasonable accommodation for mental health disability.

Great place to work. Awesome environment and chances to move up within the company

Cons

Very little vacation hours and they are very strict with attendance so make sure to use days off for when you really need them.
