Pros

Good pay and benefits, decent incentives.

Cons

Not great pay for the job, constantly getting fussed at by coaches and managers, "open door" policy doesn't really exist, always want you to work overtime.

Decent pay, paid training, fantastic training staff.

Cons

FAVORTISM, you have to bid for schedule and once get a schedule like it or not it's in stone unless you have befriended coaches.
