Soical envents, flexibal fridays, easy access to work place.

Cons

Very busy enviroment, people going up on the ladder, just for being freind of the manager. Very abusive behaviour from some of the engineers Not many time given to be trainned on all the sop related to your role

Fast growing company with a good atmosphere and pleasant colleagues. They are highly focused with a very clear end goal in mind. They have a good remuneration package.

Cons

The work pressure is very high. Rewards are above average but such rewards require you to step up.
