      You’re a full time employee paid weekly

      Cons

      Unfortunately seems to be a body shop, as long as you’re engaged on a contract with a client you’re good. But if times look economically challenging for management and you are not at a clients … high probability you’ll be shown the door, this is the new norm. Once working there don’t expect CPI pay raises ( even though your charge out rate will)

      They look after their people very well Management team is open and honest Emphasis on training and personal development Very generous treatment when between client engagements Lots of good staff benefits

      Cons

      Being a consultancy means there is no career structure - you get whatever role they can find for you
