If you want to work in a rigid system with lots of “help” it’s your kind of place.

Cons

Post acquisition, when your role is “eliminated” to make room for a Danaherite, they offer an insignificant severance benefit in exchange for restricting your opportunities for a year. Pretty classless.

Money money and money! A good place to learn how to survive in the extreme capitalism.

Cons

Awful environment for diversity, especially for women. In case you are returning from maternity leave, do not expect any respect. A lot of company policies with zero applicability, like picture in the walls.
