If you have no interest in working, you can just smile and say "yes" to all the comments, you are good to go

Cons

Worse place too work, zero learning, no passion or motivation, small group of 2-3 people, hire interns with cheapest rate and ask them work more than full-times with no learning, none of the project are delivered complete, the manager has a very short-time vision of success, no interest in delivering their responsibilities right, I can go on and go on, there is no end for cons of the data science team at Danaher Labs

Environment is positive, engaging, diverse and challenging. The teams work hard, enjoy themselves and support one another. They are supportive to new employees by running them immersion and giving them time to acclimate to the new company, processs and peers.

Cons

On-boarding needs some work for new employees. Resources always seem to be a little short.
