Many great people with good intentions. Some very strong and humble leaders. Very good place to learn and move on.

Cons

Endless RIFs in pursuit of ultimate LEAN means no job security and no work life balance. Mindless and mind numbing bureaucracy in many areas sucks life out of you when you try to get a job done.
