Great people, amazing deals that you can work on. Excellent in Lean and Kaizen Management.

Cons

Very focused on shareholder returns. It is an investment company after all, but it can become frustrating when projects are derailed

Get to work on multiple projects, everyone is really friendly and willing to help, get paid overtime, get to work with higher level management as just an intern, get to do presentations

Cons

No initial training, there really isn't that much bad stuff to say about being an intern here.
