Pros

You get a paycheck and health insurance.

Cons

Your unqualified boss will throw you under the bus. Rule by tyranny, dictatorship, asks for employee feedback and ignores it or punishes employees for expressing opinions. JUST DON'T WORK HERE NO MATTER HOW GOOD THEY SELL IT TO YOU IN THE INTERVIEWS. NO CAREER GOALS ARE WORTH PUTTING UP WITH THIS ABUSE!!!

Pros

DBS is the culture here and it shows. Each element of the company provides an opportunity to make changes that will be felt across the organization. High growth rate means most of the problems here are good ones to have - growing pains. Leadership are pros, and the Danaher brand pays dividends on your resume. Plenty of room to grow within the company throughout your career. Danaher’s results speak for themselves. A GREAT place to be.

Cons

The lean approach means that there can be some area that seem less polished, such as office space. My opinion is that this is best reinvested in the growth of the business. Some turnover where leadership changes have occurred.

Pros

Drove me to my biggest success yet ...at a different company.

Cons

I interviewed, got the job and moved to a different state for a Talent Management job just to find out a week before I started that they were changing my job scope to a Data Talent Specialist and was told that my manager was going to reside in a different state. Manager had me commute/drive twice a week from Richmond, VA to Raleigh, NC for our 1-1s... the few phone calls on updates occurred when she was walking her dog. Needless to say, I was put on a PIP on my third month on the job. When the PIP expired, I had already found a different job and I was very very happy to leave. As a "favor" the didn't charged me back the money for relocation. New job turned out to be extremely successful, I've been with them for four years and already got a promotion under my belt.
