very innovative, always open to ideas, no micro managing, a lot of responsibilities, continuous support, many growth and development opportunities, super friendly and smart people across the organisation I never felt that a company takes talent management and development so seriously like Danaher does.

Cons

you must like processes and have a continuous improvement mindset otherwise you will not excel.
