There are really not many benefits to working for a company like Danaher. They offer a few paid vacation day, and the benefits are decent.

Cons

This is a company driven soley by numbers. They do not care about their employees or keeping their workers happy. Your daily work life will be full of charts and graphs with no hope of obtaining their outrageous sales goals.

Pros

Focus on Lean Management and practices many tools from the Toyota Production System toolkits. Good management focus with many metrices to follow up on a daily basis.

Cons

Whenever an organization gets too large, there are bound be a few areas with conflict of interests. Strategies have to be deployed down clearly and expectations aligned. Personal experience - plans made but scrapped without explanation. When leaders don't listen, the organization suffers.
