okay benefits, have decent performance indicators
Cons
unnecessary kaizens everyday, wfh hours greatly reduced while work hours increased. those pressure they put on employees drove a lot of good ones away. there is always a fire that needs to be put out everyday and trouble just cannot seem to stop. management loves to throw their job at base employees, which allows them to leave on time everyday but their employees often work overtime.
