Its an unbelievable company from a process management perspective - they lead globally with their Danaher Buisiness Systems DBS which is a variation of the Toyota Six Sigma Lean culture.

Cons

Process scares people but once they have an introduction, if they're smart and want to see success for the company, they will jump on board. I think they could always improve on conveying this to newbies and oldbies as well.

Well focused company on growth. Implemented a lean system for yoy reduction of complaints by 50% or sales growth by a strechted goal for a specific country or area. One system implemented and owned by all companies under Danaher. The CEO would only request data based on that model, real leadership.

Cons

Very hard working environment, goals need to be met. Upper management involved in details as well.
