Excellent in Lean and Kaizen Management. Allowed time off regular schedule to lean Danaher Business Systems (DBS). The President I reported to was a great leader and mentor.

Cons

No cost accounting system in place They were bought by Meggitt and unfortunately several upper management lost their jobs, including myself.
