Stable, well-run company that performs in down-turned economies. The Danaher Business System is a proven success. Open communication amongst operating companies is fantastic and leads to further success.

Cons

Expectations are high, so associates are driven to work longer hours when a lot is on the line. Travel can be a bit too much at times.

Difficult to maintain work life balance. Will take as much as you allow. You must have incredibly honed task management and prioritization skills to thrive.
